Observation

0166(3)(a) All three emergency doors were locked from the inside. One of the doors has a child lock cover on the doorknob which was moved. All doors were then unlocked during the visit. 0166(3)(c) There is a cabinet partially blocking the exit pathway door in the play room and the door between the playroom and the back exit was observed to be locked during the visit, blocking the exit pathway. It was then unlocked.
